Antonelli's Cheese is an Austin-based specialty cheese shop founded in 2010 by John and Kendall Antonelli. The business has grown from a neighborhood retail shop to include a second location called the Cheese House, where public tasting classes and private events are held. We carry hundreds of specialty cheeses and charcuterie, offer cheese and charcuterie trays, and run a Cheese of the Month Club that ships nationwide. Club members receive four specialty cheeses from around the world each month, along with a tasting guide and access to tasting videos led by our team of Certified Cheese Professionals. Each monthly box is built around a unique theme tied to terroir, cheese history, or cheesemaker stories, so the selection changes every time. We also operate a wholesale program that sources and distributes specialty cheese and meat across Texas.

We partner with artisans who manage their lands sustainably and regeneratively, care for their herds humanely, and source raw materials ethically. Our sourcing follows the principles of the Slow Food movement, selecting goods that are described as good, clean, and fair, and we participate in the Good Food Retailers Collaborative, which focuses on foods that are tasty, authentic, and responsibly sourced. We recycle and compost to minimize waste, use biodegradable and compostable materials, and support environmental nonprofits. When we receive hard-to-get, seasonal, or small-batch limited-production cheeses, Cheese Club members get first access.
