Radius is a whole animal butcher and grocery store designed to work like a farmer's market you can visit any day of the week. We stock local Texas meat, organic produce, dairy, eggs, bread, and wild-caught Gulf seafood, alongside a selection of global dry goods: grains, pasta, spices, sauces, chiles, and tinned fish. Our store layout follows the logic of a seasonal meal: start with in-season produce, pair it at the butcher counter, then finish with a starch and a sauce or seasoning. The butcher counter is a place for real conversation about cuts, preparation, and seasonal cooking. We also host educational dinners, farm tours, and in-store pop-ups with Texas producers. Special orders are welcome.

Radius sources all perishables from Texas farms and ranches that strive toward regenerative practices: pastured livestock, holistic soil care, low or no-till fields, cover crops, compost fertilizer, crop rotations, and water management. Meat is pasture-raised with no hormones or antibiotics. Produce is organic, grown using polyculture and natural farming methods. Dairy is low-temp pasteurized and non-homogenized to preserve beneficial bacteria. Wild-caught Gulf seafood rounds out the protein selection. For dry goods, Radius chooses the simpler option every time: no seed oils, no artificial ingredients, and no GMOs. Non-perishable products from outside Texas are permitted only when they are shelf-stable for more than three months and no strong Texas equivalent exists. All perishable items are sourced within Texas, and the store clearly labels any non-Texas items.
