Our restaurant features multi-course menus created by Chef Bryce Gilmore. We provide dishes based on seasonal ingredient availability. Guests can choose between our main dining room or a counter seating experience. Each menu features ingredients from regional producers. We offer beverage pairings to accompany the meal and host a happy hour from Sunday through Thursday. Our kitchen focuses on flavors and ingredients sourced from our network of local farmers.

We collaborate with local farmers and ranchers to source the ingredients for our menus. Our kitchen team works with these producers to select seasonal items that form the basis of our dishes. This direct relationship allows us to feature products grown or raised in our area.
