Local Pastures is a retail farm stand co-owned by Shirttail Creek Farm and Belle Vie Farm, bringing Central Texas farm products directly to Austin shoppers. We carry pasture-raised pork, chicken, duck, and eggs, along with grass-finished beef. Our shelves also stock produce, coffee, honey, and goods from other local producers and friends. Kettler Dairy raw milk pre-orders are available for Wednesday pickup at our Oltorf location, and we serve as a CSA pickup point for VRDNT Farms. We offer curbside pickup and delivery through our online shop. Two Austin locations keep farm-direct groceries accessible seven days a week.

All meat and eggs come from pasture-raised animals, and beef is grass-finished. Products are sourced from the two founding farms, Shirttail Creek Farm and Belle Vie Farm, as well as from other local Central Texas producers. The business describes its supply as coming from local, regenerative farms in Central Texas, cutting out the middleman between consumers and their food.
