Pasture-raised eggs and heirloom veggies, grown in the heart of East Austin.
Violet Hollow Farm is a small family-run operation on the northeast edge of Austin, raising pasture-rotated laying hens and growing heirloom tomatoes and salad greens using no-till methods. We sell direct from our farm stand on weekends and supply a handful of local restaurants.
No synthetic pesticides, rotational grazing for our hens, and compost from our own kitchen scraps.
