Patchwork Farm is a worker-owned cooperative vegetable and herb farm growing produce for Austin's restaurants and home cooks. Our mission is to grow exceptional vegetables and herbs and to meaningfully redistribute the excess food that farms produce. We sell wholesale and deliver fresh to restaurant kitchens, and we offer a weekly availability list so chefs can order what they need. We have also hosted a farm stand to connect directly with home cooks. Workers are intentionally centered and valued in everything we do.
We are a worker-owned cooperative and operate with worker-centered values. We focus on healthy soil as a core part of how we grow. Our produce is grown and delivered fresh on a weekly basis directly to restaurant kitchens.
