Blue Moon Acres

Blue Moon Acres is a certified organic, family-run farm founded in 1992 by Jim and Kathy Lyons, who started as CSA farmers before growing into one of the most recognized names in specialty produce along the East Coast. The Pennington location sits on 63 acres of agriculturally-preserved land acquired in 2007. We grow microgreens, specialty salad greens, edible flowers, vegetables, and our own freshly-husked New Jersey-grown rice. Our farm market, open seasonally on Fridays and Saturdays, stocks our organic produce alongside goods from local vendors including cheeses, meats, and ice cream from regional producers.
