Stone Gardens Farm

Stone Gardens Farm Market is a family-operated farm and market founded in 1998 by Fred and Stacia Monahan, who grow 50 acres of vegetables annually and raise beef, pork, and poultry on their Shelton farm. The market moved into its current, larger Huntington Center location in June 2023 and carries seasonal produce, farm-raised meats, fresh eggs, specialty grocery items, and prepared foods. Their son Tommy, a USDA-certified butcher, cuts all meats on-site in the farm's USDA-approved cutting room. The market also runs a deli with Boar's Head products, a hot and cold bar with a weekly-changing menu, a country kitchen, and a FIT+FRESH program with healthy meal options including vegan choices. Beef shares (whole, half, and quarter) are available alongside retail cuts of beef, pork, and chicken. Catering and holiday meal orders round out the offering.
