Brazos Valley Beef

Brazos Valley Beef is a Texas family-owned ranch that sells pasture-raised, grain-finished beef directly to consumers, cutting out the middlemen entirely. Launched in 2025 as an extension of a long-standing yearling cattle operation, the ranch began finishing its own cattle after growing frustrated with the opacity of the conventional beef supply chain. Customers can order by the whole or half cow, or choose from several beef boxes including the Brazos Reserve, Brazos Sampler, Backyard Beef Box, Slow Cooker Special, and ground beef boxes in 10 lb or 25 lb sizes.
