Family-run farm raising grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken, and pasture-raised eggs in Fayette County, Texas.
Yonder Way Farm is a full-time family farm run by Jason and Lynsey Kramer, started in 2006 out of a desire to raise the highest quality food for their own family and others. We raise grass-fed beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken, and pasture-raised eggs. Our beef is sold in bulk or individual retail cuts, and every animal we harvest is raised on our own farm, with no middle man or meat brokering involved. We raise every animal ourselves, on pasture, mimicking nature as closely as we can. Our goal is to re-establish grass farming and maintain full transparency between farmer and customer. Our grass-fed beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, raised on pasture across roughly 4,000 acres in Fayette County, and never treated with antibiotics, growth hormones, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides. We maintain a closed herd of Red Angus cows and harvest calves at 10 to 14 months of age for quality and consistency. Our pastured pork is birthed and finished on our farm, supplemented with our own custom-milled, non-GMO feed with no corn or soy, and never given antibiotics, growth hormones, or vaccines. Heritage breeds include Blue Butts, Red Wattles, Spots, Poland Chinas, Blacks, and Berkshires. Our laying hens and meat birds are on pasture at all times, never confined, and supplemented with a custom-milled, non-GMO, corn-and-soy-free feed. No growth hormones, antibiotics, or medications are used on any of our chickens.
