Italian-owned gelato shop serving small-batch gelato and espresso drinks made with traditional Italian methods.
Dolce Neve, which means "Sweet Snow" in Italian, is an award-winning gelato shop founded by three Italians: Francesca, Leo, and Marco. Founder Francesca trained at Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna and honed her skills at one of Italy's most celebrated gelato shops, Gelateria De' Coltelli in Pisa. She went on to place 6th at the Sherbeth Festival, the world's most important gelato competition. Flavors are made in small batches using traditional Italian methods, ranging from classic preparations to inventive combinations inspired by Marco's time in New York. We also serve Italian espresso beverages made with organic fair-trade coffee beans roasted in Austin.

Founder Leo grew up in Northern Italy with homemade gelato made from seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, a philosophy that continues to shape how we source and make our flavors.
