Haciendo Coffee Roasters is a family-owned, Latino-owned specialty coffee roastery and café. We roast specialty-grade coffee in micro batches using an all-electric, hot-air fluid bed roaster, with roasting done on-site each week. Our menu features espresso drinks, cold brew, and more, all built on beans we source through direct trade. We also offer coffee subscriptions, wholesale accounts, and retail bags for those who want to brew at home. Our mission is simple: good coffee for all people.
We source our beans through direct trade from sustainable farms across Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Nicaragua, focusing on specialty-grade coffee. Roasting is done in micro batches using an all-electric, hot-air fluid bed machine, a process that produces a smooth, less acidic cup. Roast days are held on-site weekly, keeping the coffee as fresh as possible before it reaches customers through our café, subscriptions, and wholesale channels.
