USDA Certified Organic hydroponic living lettuce farm, offering Green Butter, Romaine, and Sweet Crisps year-round.
We are an organic hydroponics farm growing living lettuce varieties in a climate-controlled greenhouse. Everything we grow is USDA Organic Certified. We sell our produce as 'living', meaning it still has the roots attached, which gives it superior freshness and shelf life. Our current varieties include Green Butter, Romaine, and Sweet Crisps. Our hydroponic system uses water, nitrifying bacteria, and organic nutrients to grow produce without soil. Growing in a climate-controlled greenhouse lets us produce year-round, including through Texas's hot seasons. All produce is USDA Organic Certified and sold as living lettuce with roots still attached, extending freshness and shelf life beyond conventionally harvested greens.
