Papa's Pasta Co. makes dried pasta from scratch, starting with organic whole wheat flour sourced directly from Italy. Every shape is bronze-cut and slow-dried to build texture and flavor that faster methods skip over. The company was born when founders wanted simple, trustworthy food for their family and couldn't find it on grocery store shelves, so they made their own. Today their pasta is available through custom Pick 3 and Pick 6 boxes online, at Texas Farmers Markets, the Driftwood Farmers Cooperative, and a growing list of local Texas retailers. Papa's Pasta Co. uses organic whole wheat flour that they source directly from Italy.
