Custom-cut grass-fed Angus beef in halves and wholes, finished to your specifications.
The Parish family has been raising Angus cattle on their ranch near Mineral Wells since 1966, when Harold Parish purchased the first 320 acres and brought in his first twenty-five black Angus cows. The ranch remains a family-run cow/calf operation today. We sell beef in halves and wholes, and every order is customized: customers choose their finish (grass or grain), then complete a cut sheet with the processor to specify exactly how their beef is cut and packaged. When the order is ready, customers pick it up directly from the processor, pre-boxed for easy transport. Parish Ranch holds USDA Process Verified status through IMI Global for source verification, age verification, non-hormone treated cattle, and verified natural beef.
All cattle are grass-fed and raised without added hormones or antibiotics. Customers choose between two finish options: 100% grass-finished, where the diet consists solely of pasture grass, forage, and/or hay; or grain-finished, where cattle are pasture-raised and grass-fed, then transitioned to an all-natural grain diet (containing no hormones, no antibiotics, and no animal by-products) for sixty days before processing. Extended grain finishing beyond sixty days is available for whole-beef orders at an additional cost. Parish Ranch has met the requirements of the IMI Global (Where Food Comes From, Inc.) USDA Process Verified Program.
