Creature Coffee Co is a specialty coffee roaster and mobile coffee catering company founded in Austin, Texas by Michael Craig. We roast small-lot specialty coffee beans in Austin and bring the café experience directly to events via mobile espresso bars. Our roasted coffees span single-origin washed and natural-process varieties, sourced from the top 5% of producers globally, with current offerings including Colombian washed, Guatemalan washed, and a Central and South American blend. In addition to retail bags and subscriptions, we offer wholesale partnerships and sell brew gear. On the catering side, we serve weddings, corporate events, conventions, brand activations, and long-term office pop-ups across Austin, San Antonio, Seattle, Phoenix, and Boston.
