Knuckle Sandwich

Knuckle Sandwich is inspired by East Coast delis, bodegas and sandwich shops: places that offer delicious food in a fun setting that doesn't take itself too seriously. Founded by chefs Ryan Fox and Gilbert St. Peter, the trailer started at The Yard at Ants Beer Cave and has since grown to include a second location inside The Far Out Lounge. The menu is tight and focused, built around a handful of sandwiches including the namesake Knuckle Sandwich (an Italian sub with mortadella, salami and capicola), a Mushroom Reuben made with lion's mane, a Not Boring Turkey and a Lamb Sammie. Bread is dusted with za'atar, and fillings lean Mediterranean. The Far Out location adds starters, sides, house-made desserts and a full cocktail and wine program.
