Barton Creek Farmers Market has been running since 1987, making it Austin's first farmers market, and has been ranked in the top 10 nationally multiple times. We operate every Saturday from 9am to 1pm, rain or shine. Over 90% of our vendors sell what they grow or produce themselves. Our farmer vendors bring grass-fed and grass-finished beef, bison, lamb, pork, chicken, and Wagyu; pasture-raised eggs; low-temperature, non-homogenized A2 milk and raw cheeses; fresh mushrooms; microgreens; pecans; seasonal fruits and vegetables; and freshly milled flour and cornmeal. Prepared food vendors source from our farmers and offer international and specialty foods. We also feature local artisans selling jewelry, clothing, soaps, candles, and gifts, plus live music most Saturdays.
