Pure Pastures is a family-owned, multi-species grazing operation run in partnership by the Eubank and Moorman families. We raise grass-finished beef and lamb, pasture-raised pork and chicken, eggs, and dairy, including raw milk available for pre-order. Products can be picked up at our on-ranch store, ordered online for in-store pickup, or delivered to your door. The Eubanks have been ranching since 2015, and Pure Pastures has operated as a holistically managed ranch since 2019. Pure Pastures practices rotational grazing and holistic land management with the goal of revitalizing the ranch's natural resources and working with nature rather than against it. Our cattle and sheep are grass-fed and grass-finished, living their entire lives out on the land. Rotational grazing is used to rebuild topsoil and restore the native prairie landscape of the Hill Country. The ranch has been implementing these regenerative agriculture practices since 2019, building on rotational grazing work the Eubank family began in 2015.
